Solution focused coaching is a coaching process that encourages our clients to focus on solutions rather than problems . Our unique coaching model allows our clients to challenge every "problem that arises with a solution so they can achieve their goals while thriving instead of surviving

Life Coaching Bronze package 

This is a 3 month solution-focused life coaching package. This package allows you to choose 1 topic to focus your goals. Some common life coaching areas include

  • Emotional Regulation Coaching 

  • Career & Entrepreneurship Coaching

 During our sessions we will  break down your goals into  SMART goals , create steps for you to achieve your goals and find creative solutions and coping skills to help you stay on target when life gets difficult . 

Life Coaching Silver package 

This is a 6 month solution focused life coaching package. This package allows you to choose 1 topic to focus your goals. During our sessions we will  break down your goals into  SMART goals , create steps for you to achieve your goals, find creative solutions and coping skills to help you stay on target when life gets difficult so you dont lose sight of your goals . You will complete a self care assessment to help you prioritize your needs so you can simultaneously achieve your goals while caring for yourself.
